Writing Learning Story!

In Writing I have been learning to use descriptive language to describe the character & make the reader understand so he or she could paint a picture in their head of what they can see happening in the story and where it’s taking them to.

I can use what I've learnt from my reading to help me describe, explain in my own writing for e.g I came to, sore and tired. My head was pounding & my heart was broken.

I can use my notes from my research (INFO) and put it into my own words to make it sound more interesting, for e.g. I gently opened the door then saw a postman standing right in front of me as if I was in big trouble.

I have also been learning to group all my ideas into paragraphs and put it into order e.g I can order it in what came first, what came next, then what came, after, Then finally what came last!

Next Steps: To use direct speech to show the reader how my reader is feeling and what is happening instead of just telling them. This helps the reader to visualise my story and make it more interesting.
